About Me

Well apart from being a 6 foot one nineteen stone rugby playing power lifter and self employed builder I am also an author of a soon to be published book on the ability create positive energy through good nutrition and exercise and positive mindset to alleviate some of the negative energy cause by having certain mental health issues I also have a childrens book en route and am soon to become a fully qualified pt all these things will come together under a new company I am going to launch specifically targeting the health and mental well being sector I also spend a lot of time with my son doing various activities we usually go to the skate park at seven in the morning so I can get some quality time before I go to work and he goes to school and again at night I play with him till he goes to bed then I go to the gym I also paint small miniature figures which is quite tricky with hands like mine.
