About Me

I am a confident, and self-motivated individual; Trained lifeguard - who enjoys working either alone or as part of a team. I always enjoy new challenges and am a fast learner. My experience working with 'The Kent's school of English' and government backed schemes inter-local Schools' to get more primary school children to go to University later in Education. A delight to work as a team member working with/for: Kent University's; 'Aim high' group collective' which has enhanced my communication skills and advanced my leadership and coaching skills. I really do enjoy working and socialising with new people.

2013 – 2015 – Steward with P&O Ferries, Till-Trained – Bar work and Restaurant.
As a trained steward, communicating with customers and working high level hours of efficiency. 14 hour shifts – Hard working; with
Roles and Responsibilities would include – Till work; serving customers, maintaining the level of for a happy and clean work environment. Re-stocking; when working in Shop; Restocking the bar: running the Bar. Re stocking = Shop & Coffee shop station – Trained barista; Trained Til; Trained at Sea survival safety.

2012 - 2014 - The Kent School of English, Activity assistant in teaching the English language.
Leading in activites of large groups, whilst historically depciting the places such as London, Oxford, Cambridge & Leeds castle, regular trips to theese places and helping people improve their English whilst learning different cultures and ways of life.There has been a great opportunity to meet all different people from around the world, excelling in my communicating skills.

2011 to 2012 – Botany Bay Cafe/Kiosk, Botany Bay
Duties included managing the kiosk on my own, cleaning, ordering stock and cashier work so money handling and immediate customer contact was frequent.

2010 to 2012– Aimhigher Kent and Medway, Canterbury Christ Church University.
Project Assistant, supporting the 'Professor Fluffy' programme. Educating youth about university and answering questions about university.

A higher education intervention delivered in schools across Kent.
My roles included; attending the workshop activities, motivating the children the positive side of future studies - in the project, also supporting delivery by speaking to the students about my secondary and further education experiences and aspirations.

2008, 2009 and 2010 – AGL Carpentry, Kingsgate.
I was involved in a local building/carpentry business with general labouring work, booking new work, Office book keeping.

I surf, skateboard to a good standard after many years now, I enjoy creating music on software such as ableton... I was onboard P+O ferries Calais to Dover in where I would meet and talk to new people daily so I met a lot of new faces aswell in my previous job before that at the international language school meeting students from all over the world, helped improve my people skills greatly!

I'm an NPLQ lifeguard.
