I'm a 19 year old Lancashire born lad, that has very good personal skills and I'm confident in my own ability. I have a wide mix of interests, including martial arts, vinyl collecting and 60's fashion. I'm not afraid to jump into something that's completely new - I would thrive off the challenge!

I have now featured in three plays that have been put on by my local drama group. One of these was a supporting lead role. I loved the experience and had no problem with learning lines or taking stage directions. The first play that I was in was at the age of 13, then 15 and finally 16. I was mainly working with older men and women which gave me a real confidence boost. It also really helped me learning from them too.

I have made a series of presentations during my time at sixth form and now whilst at university. Some of these have been interactive ones and some have been more of a lecture style. I prefer to go into a presentation and be able to relay my information to the crowd in a way that is friendly and informal. However this obviously depends on the subject matter.

Interests & Hobbies

• 60’s and 70’s music and fashion has always been a great interest of mine, leading me into starting up my own vinyl record collection and attending several vintage fairs. It influenced to start my song writing, I find this a relaxing and thoughtful escape. One day I would love for it to be published. Music has also lead to my style being heavily influenced by artists such as David Bowie, Marc Bolan and Keith Richards. This love of music has also inspired me to read many books, and watch several documentaries about my favourite artists from these decades. My enjoyment of reading spreads throughout many genres, however autobiographical and crime being my favourites. Another escape for me is swimming, this is something that I have carried on from my childhood and I go as regularly as I can. However my main sport is my Kung Fu, I aim to carry this on into later life and hopefully compete in more competitions. I believe that my mixed range of interests all contribute towards me being an all rounded young man, and allow me to mix in well with a wide range of people.
