About Me

I am a 45 year old divorced father of four As mentioned, I write poetry, perform throughout the North West and have a book due for release in October 2010.

Through my performance poetry, I have been involved in writing and performing monologues, performing in An Evening of Shakespeare on the Wirral, and, landed the role of Maurice Sod in Lucky Sods at the Little Theatre in Birkenhead.

I am a performance poet, I write and perform my own work and have been published as well as winning a poetry slam. I am an MC of a Poetry/Music evening on the Wirral.

I have performed monologues and have been involved in Shakespeare evenings.

I have just finished a production of John Godbers 'Lucky Sods' wher I played the lead male role of Maurice Sod. This was at the Little Theatre in Birkenhead.

Relevant Skills

I am an established performer on the North West poetry circut. Have appeared at the Much Wenlock poetry festival, The Wirral Folk Festival, the Secret Garden Festival and am part of the Wirral Alliance of Poets, who, along with Mr John Gorman, are organising the worlds first Poetry Proms, on the Wirral for 2011.

I am currently in the process of writing a play for Mr Gorman based on a council estate.

I have some acting experience in Monologues, Shakespeare and Stage.

Interests & Hobbies

I enjoy reading, writing (poetry, plays and song lyrics) and performing. I enjoy walking and people watching.
