About Me

I am a hardworking, friendly, efficient, and reliable individual. I enjoy being part of a team, but can also work alone. I am confident when dealing with people and very enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills. I am very confident in front of the camera. When I was in school many people used me as a model for their photography work. Not to blow my own trumpet or anything but they came out very well! I've left school regretting not taking drama as a subject. My dream now is to be an actress and be in front of cameras all the time. But as I have no experience I haven't been given the chance to show my confidence, so my goal I am trying to achieve right now is to become a Producer in time. That doesn't mean it's my dream. Ii am very into new models and make up, fashion. All of it! Given the chance, I would love to be able to show my confidence to new people.

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

Zig Zags Hairdressers, Enfield. 2013

I worked at this hair dressers for a week and a half. My duties included making tea/coffee for customers, washing hair, cleaning, running errands to local shops, re-stocking cupboards and washing up. I also answered phone calls and made bookings. I had to deal with customer enquiries (which I really enjoyed).

Disney: Mistletoe Productions – “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms” 2016

On the 24th of October 2016, I was lucky enough to work as a Set PA / Lock off PA on a Disney production being released in 2018 called “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms”. I was working directly under the 3rd Assistant Director. In the morning I was helping deliver anything needed to the set or to certain people/trailers. For the first half of the day I was on ‘Lock off’ and had to make sure that anyone who came through the doors of the entrance where filming was taking place, was quiet. I had a radio and mic, and had to listen for when they were rolling or when they said cut. I also had to give instructions to people through the mic and clarify any requests given to me. For the second half of the day, I was also on ‘Lock off’, on the outside set. This time having to call out ‘rolling’, ‘cut’ or ‘background reset’ when being told to through the radio. I had to keep the public from taking any photos of the set, and make sure they were quiet when filming too. When there were breaks filming I would go and make teas and coffees to give to the cast, the extras, the producers, and security guards. At the end of the day we finished up by taking radios, stands, umbrellas, and boxes back to their trailers. I absolutely loved my day and this compounded my feelings of passion and determination to work in the Film/TV industry.

Employment Part- time

The Robin Hood Pub and Country Restaurant, Enfield. 2015 - present

My duties include, waitressing and bar tending. I am able to use my own initiative when making certain decisions. I feel very comfortable in my role and enjoy interacting with the customers. Also, discussing their ideas and opinions regarding the menu/service is very important, as I have learned to listen and think about different options and improvements that would be beneficial to the company. Having these conversations with customers on a daily basis is a valuable insight in to good customer care. As a waitress/bar tender, I am part of a team and good team work is vital in this industry. I have to help colleagues, be accurate, get along with people and learn to be quick and very focused when working, whilst maintaining an excellent customer service. I love working as part of a team, but can work well independently too. I have gained lots of experience and confidence during my time here, which I hope will stand me in good stead for any future role.
