About Me

I'm very much an outside person, and as such I'm very comfortable with almost any form of outdoor activity (bar horse riding due to lack of experience, although the opposite is true for mucking out/tacking). Particular areas of interest include hiking, kayaking, wild swimming, etc.

There are quite a few "background activities" I'm reasonably good at, ranging from embroidery to rope making to cooking. My experience as a kitchen porter means that my knife skills are reasonably proficient, in the sense I'm able to prepare food in a convincing professional manner (think Julia and Julia with onions). The same stands for my experience as a waitress - plate balancing is a skill learnt very quickly on the job.

I've had experience with basic drill, but unfortunately, that's as close to any skill with dance I can make a claim to.

Gamekeeping/Estate management - Through this, I've gained quite the list of animals I've had had experience with just... not as an actor. Working dogs, horses, cattle, etc. (note: while I can lead, tackle, and muck out a horse, I haven't ridden in some time so it would be best to assume I won't be capable of anything more complex than a canter over long periods of time)
