About Me

I am a 21 year old girl who is originally from Yorkshire, however at the moment living in Liverpool due to university. I am a outgoing confident person, who finds it easy to talk to other confidently and enjoys being busy and meeting new people.

I have had many years experience in acting and performing but would love to branch out into presenting as I think my personality is well suited to the needs of presenter.

On my days off I have also been volunteering with disabled children who's needs go from ADHD to severe autism. I find this most rewarding as I truly believe drama and art can help children develop skills such as communication, social skills and logical thinking skills.

I have mainly been in student films and productions however I have also been in music videos as well as stage plays. I also was asked to be part of the festival of York, where I both acted and produced artwork for it. I am currently employed as an actor at York dungeons which requires me to be fast paced and thinking as it is interacting with the general public as well as tourists and school children. It also requires me to swap between characters if needs be adapt my shows to the audiences needs.

Ever since a young age I have been interested in performing which lead me on to studying the arts in higher education. Along side if this I have been involved and invited to many plays, festivals and performances in my free time.

Qualifications & Training

I am currently in my third year at Liverpool Hope University studying Creative and performing arts. In this course we cover; performance skills, looking at practitioners and their different techniques; community and applied, working within the community and using drama to entertain, educate and achieve goals; comtempery performance studies, looking at artists and partitioners in more complex and academic sense and seeing how performing relates to everyday life and current events; Fine art, developing our own portfolios while studying different artist and seeing how art is reflecting the modern world and society; Music, composing and writing our own songs; documentary theatre, using current affairs to produce our own plays.
