About Me

Hi, my name is Helen and I'm excited to be registered with Casting Now. While I don't have any formal acting experience, I do have a diverse background in project management and yoga instruction. My experience as a Project Manager has taught me how to be organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in any situation, while my work as a Yoga Instructor has taught me how to be calm, present, and focused. I'm a friendly, warm person who loves meeting new people, and I'm excited to bring my positive energy to any film or TV set. As an extra, I'm eager to learn and grow, and I'm confident that I can contribute to any production in a meaningful way.
