About Me

I am 67 but never ever intend to grow up - dull, dull, dull. I have a great sense of humour but can tranmit through my facial expression all emotions - no speech necessary. That is an add-on. I have loved all the roles I have succeeded in being cast -for 62 years since a maid to the king when 5. I push a mean broom in a castle !!!!!!!!

Life can be acting - happy when sad, confident when uneasy but the best thing to be is enthusiastic and deliver. THATS ME. I would LOVE to be cast as an extra as I guess that my age would preclude me from any speaking role sadly, much though I would love to do so.

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

I have acted in plays and sketches and pantos all my life as a member of various societies both privately and through school etc. I have done comedy and character roles and principal boy in panto (and latterly a witch and an old gnarled tree. I played Mrs Erlynn in Lady Windermere's Fan and Mrs Higgins in My Fair Lady. I have done various comedy roles.

Qualifications & Training

Theatre training is purely amateur (62 years - both singing and acting). My qualififactions are experience of the world of observation of human beings, their mannerisms -what makes them tick and how is mannifests itself in their faces not just their speech. You can tell such a lot from studying in this way and I transmit this to my acting - whether it is "kitchen sink" or period drama .

Acting, Singing, Going to shows both locally and in London (and wanting to jump onto the stage!!). My friends and my home. Crafts , Drawing and Painting.

I wear a mean earring - Pam st. Clement is going - I could waft in the background to keep the earrings going !!!!!
