About Me
Hannah is extremely interested in the arts. She began her contemporary dance training on the Centre for Advanced Training Scheme (Laban) at the age of 13, where she stayed for 5 years. She graduated from The London Contemporary Dance School in 2014 with a First class BA hons degree. Whilst at LCDS she was pleased to receive The Charlotte Kirkpatrick Award at the end of her second year and The Principal's Award at the end of her third. During her time at LCDS Hannah worked with choreographers such as Eva Reccacha, Igor Urzelai and Mereno Solinas, Delphine Gaborit (dancer of Sasha Waltz), Richard Alston’s Dance Company, Sasha Roubicek (Ex Siobhan Davies dancer) and Rick Nodine. Throughout her time at LCDS Hannah worked as a teaching assistant on The Place CAT scheme and assisted choreographers such as Ben Duke (Lost Dog), Darren Ellis, dancers from Phoenix Dance Theatre and Matthew Bourne's New Adventures. Recently Hannah has been a part of Resolutions (2014, The Place), LC3's touring company (2014, UK National Tour), HAL Dance company (2014, Greenwich Dance), A solo work choreographed by Esther Siddique for Dance Umbrella (2013, The Place) and is currently in collaboration with Masters students from Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Hannah has spent the last year in Jasmin Vardimon’s graduate company JV2. She has had the most fantastic time there, exploring her key interest for Physical Theatre and is hugely grateful for the amazing experience it has offered her. Hannah was involved in a Triple Bill National tour with JV2 touring the works of Mafalda Deville, Athanasia Kanellopoulou and Marilena Dara. JV2 also performed alongside the Jasmin Vardimon Company in the production of ‘MAZE’ that was based at The Winter Gardens, Margate.
Hannah is currently working Full House Theatre company in their newest production of 'Where the River runs'. The piece is a duet that will be touring London venues from August through to November, with a child friendly production introducing children to the theatrical world of dance and drama. Her interests are in dance, theatre, singing, teaching, choreographing and giving people the opportunity to enjoy the arts and feel good about themselves.
