About Me

I have always been brought up to be yourself and create goals bigger than you think you can achieve. I believe and have learned that if you are determined to succeed and fully believe in your dream and goals then you will achieve without a doubt. Positivity, hard work and passion is the key to success and I aim to spread this to as many people as I encounter! I have always been very dedicated to my studies in school passing five higher subjects achieving four A's and a B which led me onto studying pharmacology at Glasgow University in 2012. I decided to leave university for a while to fulfil my other goals and ambitions using my creative side and went onto study a number of fitness, dance and nutrition courses qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Dance teacher and setting up in business by the age of twenty. Running my own business has required a lot of focused planning an organisational skills, networking in my local community, taking some risks as well as the knowledge and personal skills required to make my business a success. I am happy to say my business and client list building healthily and its made me so happy to change many lives already and meet new people from all nationalities. I have also just recently written my own e-book called 'Dream Body Guide' which has been very popular and can be purchased via my business website. One of my proudest achievements so far is being selected to be the Personal Assistant and Personal Trainer for Caitriona Balfe, Lead Actress in the Award winning drama series 'Outlander', VOGUE model and former Victoria Secret Angel. I look forward to continuing to work for her in the future. I have a passion for dance and believe its a great way to express emotion. I have been a volunteer and raised a lot of money for several different charities such as The Christie Charity, CHAS, Hope for Autism, The Samaritans Purse and many more. This was achieved through setting up fitness classes dedicated to different charities and creating online pages for each charity. In 2013 I participated in a girl band called 'Sweet Injection' which was a really fun and amazing experience to perform in front of a massive crowd and experience recording tracks and new singles. I had the main role of the dancer in the group also. I love to dance. Later on in 2013 I decided to focus on my fitness and entered a fitness competition to compete for the title 'Face of valour Fitness'. This included every finalist participating in an 8 week challenge following strict nutrition and workout plans until the final catwalk event. After a lot of hard work and dedication I was delighted to have grasped the title and won overall. In 2014 I became part of the Scottish Rockettes pro cheer squad, was so excited to make the team. This has been a great experience to be a part of this dance squad so far travelling to places such as Morocco to perform at the FIFA beach soccer tournament and dancing at many charity events. My most recent achievement is becoming an ambassador for SCI-MX nutrition and joining their personal training team. I will be shooting a fitness video and shoot with them within the next month or so which is really exciting. We all work together and help promote each other which is great. I have a passion for modelling and love being behind the camera ! I have had a lot of experience with modelling taking part in different fashion shows, photoshoots, front cover of 'To have and to hold Magazine' in 2014 and achieving top 5 in the UK Top model final 2014. I would so grateful to become a part of an agency to help represent all my talents and to take part in new experiences and learn new things. I believe a dream can become a reality, to explore and grasp every opportunity with both hands giving my 100% best effort. Positive mindset is everything and when you shine on the inside it shows on the outside.
