Over the last 15 years, I have been involved with amateur theatre companies in West Yorkshire. I have acted as the lead character in 'The Crucible' (Abigail Williams, Hebden Bridge Little Theatre), (Curley's Wife, Hebden Bridge Little Theatre) and various roles with Impact Theatre in Halifax. I have written three short plays which have been performed by third year students at Edge Hill University and Halifax School of Integrated Arts.
At a Y1 teacher, I have experience of teaching children drama, and am very good at engaging children through use of oral storytelling and acting in role.
