I am outgoing, fit for my age (NY, London Marathons, Great North Run, Badminton, 10 Pin Bowling), have done Solo singing for lower level Charity events, have always been interested in stagework / acting (I commenced a Lamda Course @ B&F University, but the course ceased). I am 5\'7\" with strawberry-blond hair, blue eyes and currently *90 kilos weight (*reducing), very well travelled around the World (Dual Nationality British/American) and mobile with car.

I am a Local Property Expert (requiring me to place a Value on property and marketing a property until sold). I participate in organising functions for people living locally. I have run Estate & Lettings Agency businesses, have run a large pub alongside, and spent 20 years in the clothing business (Retail & Wholesale) which has seen me travel to many parts of the World.

Qualifications & Training

9 CSEs. / 5 College of Preceptors (2 Distinctions) / Computer Literate with Advanced Excel / MNAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) / MARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents / Lamda (at Bronze level).

Commenced a Lamda Course at B&F University @ Blackpool, but the course was discontinued.
I have sung Solos & participated in Pantomime for local organisations (many of them being for local charity fund-raising). I am on a Committee of a local Club which requires me to conduct Bingo Calling / Quiz Nights along with other functions.
