About Me

I'm a retired police officer and ex military (Navy) I am outgoing and confident and not shy to get involved. I am a presenter of my own radio show that plays out 5 days a week 10am with over 30k listeners across the UK, US, & AU.

I am an outgoing person who mixes well and can take direction easily. My military training has helped with my inner discipline and understanding the reasoning behind decisions made by my peers or supervisors.

I am a creative person and will bring my personality and emotions to any character and I do feel that the many experiences that I have had during my police career will help me get into character easily.

I am currently studying stage and film acting at regular sessions at the theatre royal Newcastle and my peers have commented on how naturally and easily I can switch into character.

I was a finalist in the 2020 Sunday For Sammy script writing competition and my monologue was commented on favourably by the judges that included Tim Healy and Denise Welch. I then went on to write my own screenplay called 'The Studio' and used my life skills to invent the characters for this comedy sitcom, there are hopes that this will go to film in 2022.

General Experience

I was a police officer for 25yrs so have in-depth knowledge of police procedures, Royal Navy communicator for 9yrs prior to police career. I am and advanced boat driver and instructor, sea rescue instructor and also presenter of my own radio show on community radio across the UK. I am a car driver with clean license and I have my own police uniform that is up to date and current. I have experience on set both as SA & Cast as a character. I am also a keen writer and film maker.
