About Me

I am a responsible, reliable and organized team worker with five years previous experience in first line help desk IT support and admin. I am also a music studio manager and youth worker. My customers, who include colleagues and clients, have given me excellent feedback on my customer service skills and testimonies regarding how I solve problems efficiently should they arise. I also have experience working with young people, delivering skills in computer technology and helping them develop their skills in areas where they feel support is needed; setting individual targets and helping them to achieve those goals.

I am a director of a music studio where we teach young people how to digitally programme music, our organisation has been delivering skils to young people for the past four years and is renwoned how its reputation of good outcomes achieved. We also award arts awards and provide session where young peole can edit film for their music videos.

General Experience

Founded a community organisation and studio space aimed at developing young artists and producing material in order to promote them. The project required careful planning and teamwork to succeed. I recruited various volunteers to help in achieving our aims and objectives; the project quickly became too big for our space so I decided to approach funding organizations and community centers to help facilitate the project.
