15 years ago, I worked regularly as an extra on all sorts of productions from adverts and documentaries to feature films. Then, life got in the way, but now I remembered how much I enjoyed this kind or work and I'm ready to go back to it.

I used to be with 'Northern Professionals' extras agency from whom I was assigned to participate in various productions, e.g. commercial for Royal Quays shopping outlet, documentary film about shipping accident (included swimming fully clothed), episodes of 'Dalziel&Pascoe', Wire in the Blood', 'Breeze Block', films like 'Billy Elliot' and 'Dinner of Herbs' (Catherine Cookson)

I am a self-employed language home tutor, teaching French, German and Spanish. Originally, I am from Germany, but have lived and worked in France and Italy and have resided in Britain on and off for 30 years (Largs, Glasgow, Bristol, Newcastle)
In the past, I worked in a hotel in Glasgow, a holiday camp on Corsica (France), post giro bank in Chalons (France), as an au-pair in Turin (Italy) and as an air-hostess for a Bristol based airline. I also taught evening classes for adults and language courses for youngsters at a college and a private language school, and corporate language courses for various companies, all in the North East.

Qualifications & Training

I have BA Honours degree French and German with Spanish as an extra subject, and a postgraduate diploma in hotel catering and accommodation management.
