About Me

I am very outgoing and friendly person. I enjoy meeting new people and experience new opportunities to develop my skills and experience. I like to present myself well and look at the positive side in every situation. I very much like everything to be in its place and done in plenty of time. In the past when I used to run a small charity/church office, I had to be organised as there was a lot to be done in a limited space of time and I was the only full time paid worker besides volunteers who came in when they could. I have been volunteering in the creche at my church. I am normally put in with the most difficult age group which is the 3-5 years of age, this is because the leaders know that I am very good at thinking quickly and creating tasks that keep the children amused which can be very hard to get this age group to concentrate on one thing as a group. Previously when I have organised events I have had a very tight budget and have shown persistence as I contacted people to try and negotiate down prices and also to get certain things for free. I found that persistence was the key to succeeding with a low budget and working with a lot of local businesses.
