About Me

I am a member of my local gym and I enjoy keeping myself fit, active and exploring new ways to exercise. Healthy living is a passion of mine and I am currently attempting to learn a martial art to broaden my horizons. I have been able to offer help and advice to new mums on various things and I am always looking for the opportunity to give support to people in need. Strong communication skills, written and orally.
