About Me

I am an experienced amateur actor having successfully undertaken roles such as Mrs Van Daan in \"The Diary of Anne Frank\" dramatised by Francis Goodrich and Albert Hackett; Jennet Jourdemayne in \"The Lady\'s not for Burning\" by Christopher Fry and many other cast roles in plays and in amateur musical productions. I learnt to dance at a young age and have a natural rhythm and love to dance. My experience also includes backstage roles, in particular make up and hairdressing plus set design and building.
I am also a versatile soul, jazz, rock and blues singer, having been in many bands over the years, most recently singing Blondie and Stevie Nicks songs in a rock band, a range old traditional songs to entertain residents in care homes which is very rewarding, plus on stage at local carnivals and agricultural shows singing a range of well known popular songs.
I have recently retired from my career in the IT industry and want to focus on entertainment. As a very likeable, professional and versatile individual, I would be flexible enough to take on a variety of extras\' roles, be happy to support a production team in many ways and simply enjoy being part of the creative film and TV industry.
