About Me

My name is Eduardo Perrone da Zara, I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason, the problem with this statement is that it allows one to be lax on their future. After university I took a big step to move to Italy, learn Italian and try and find my path. After a number of jobs, I decided to follow my passion for food. At uni, I studied film and media focusing on documentary filmmaking. I have now through trial and error landed myself in a position cooking, and learning more about Italian cuisine. In the future, I would like to present documentaries/youtube surrounding food. I have always been into acting, dancing, all things production-based, and now I am trying to add one more feather to my hat, modeling. I am a very easy-going, friendly guy who likes to joke around. At the same time, I understand the importance of respect for others' time, and point of view.....ie.....not taking the p*ss. I also love being outdoors, fitness, nutrition and generally trying to be self-aware. I love networking and meeting new people, I guess that's why I am drawn to hospitality and working with creatives.
