About Me

I am ideally looking to venture into TV presenting. A property or gardening programme would be my first choice but closely followed by presenting on a shopping channel, I would just love the live buzz of it all. I can talk for England, but usually talk lots of nonsense according to my husband! I’d love to experience being a tv extra to enjoy the environment. I am having a showreel shot in June, so please keep an eye out for me. I am Midlands based, between Solihull and Coventry but am able to travel. Available at short notice.

April 2011, I took part in a tv commercial for a Birmingham law firm. My part was to have a broken arm and look in pain. The end result was to look extremely happy to receive a £10,000 cheque.

April 2011, I presented an e-learning training course (both audio and visual) for a large American company (further details on request). This is momentarily being edited and I will appear on screen talking through the course and giving instructions in addition to voice overs to each section of the e-learning course.

I have only had my portfolio done recently so am quite new to the industry.
In my wisodom I gave up my job as a sales and marketing manager in property developing in order to try to venture into something a bit more creative. I did a little modelling and promo work about ten years ago, but just part-time as I had a 'normal job'!

I appeared on Ideal World Shopping Channel recently as one of their models for a hair product. I was able to speak a little when asked questions by the presenter.

I was trained in hair and make-up and attended deportment classes back in the 80’s so can adapt my look depending on the job in question. I can look quintessentially English and let my freckles show through or slap on the make-up to look Spanish/Italian or even slightly Indian Asian depending on my make-up. I love experimenting with different looks.

I am able to converse with people of all levels, VIP’s & MP’s.
My approach is friendly professionalism.

I have experience of photographic work, promo work, exhibitions, conferences and hospitality.

Interests & Hobbies

I love cooking, horse riding, ice skating, gardening and getting my wellies mucky; however I am a girly girl and love to present myself clean and well polished!
I am a property developer in my spare time (project managing rather than doing the work myself!) and also undertake some interior design projects for new homes developers.
I am quite spiritual and love to meditate and practice the art of positive thinking.
I have just started to learn Hindi. Twenty years ago I was told that I was an Indian lady in a past life and thought this was odd at the time but I am drawn to the culture as I have got a bit older and would now love to appear in a Bollywood film.
