Good Day!

My name's Dom, I'm 22 years old and I am an aspiring actor.

I have always held a passion for the arts whether it be films, music, but I have never taken it seriously until recently.
I was halfway through a University course whilst working on an industry placement where I had an epiphany. I was working in a soulless profession, getting deeper in student debt, working towards a degree to get me a job where I would not have wanted to be. Please don't assume I'm a quitter, it was just a life change I felt I had to make.

So here I am.

I have 'proper' acting experience other than a couple school productions when I was much younger. I was, however, the lead role, so my 10 year old can't have been that bad. I was also the subject of a friend's short film for his Media A-Level, which received an A* and was apparently played on the TV's in his school canteen, so again, I must have done some things right.

I am classically trained in music, grade 5 in both clarinet and oboe, and my voice can hold a note well but I wouldn't exactly call it dulcet.

I am a confident, outgoing, articulate person who loves to socialise. Many of my friends consider me quite humorous, but I must admit I can help let a 'Dad joke' slip out from time to time. I consider myself extremely well traveled for my age, I had the fortune of my parents taking me off the beaten path while vacationing. Allowing me to draw from a wealth of different cultures I have seen and experienced.

My shortcomings in experience to be can be eclipsed by my drive, willingness to learn and natural talent, which I believe I have.
So I implore you to allow me a chance to show you just what I can do.
