Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

I've been fairly focussed on doing voiceover for the past few years, having done commercial, tv and online voice work for multiple companies throughout Scotland and a few throughout Europe, even now reaching out to the US.

I'm currently recording a 10 part series cartoon as the main character for a cartoon being made for an American market.

I have done voiceover work for Spittal Primary School/ScottishVoiceOvers.co.uk, Demus Productions/DB8, Alloa Academy/Clackmannanshire Council, STV (for In Care Survivors Service Scotland), Shattered War (video game with Amstrad Hero Creations) and presenting work for Just Beautifully. Overseas jobs for voiceover has been for F-Stop Lounge for an Italian english-speaking market and Roustan Bodypaint for an american market.

I've performed in short films and series with companies Auld Reekie Films, View Finder Films, Silly Wee Films and Gonzo Films Ltd and also featured in a music video for She Said by Rob Klerkx.

I have also been an extra for River City, Personal Affairs (series), 39 Steps (film), Life of Reily (series), News of the World, Glasgow Fort, Hydro Electric, Outcast (film), Imogen (film), Happy Halidays (series), Rab C Nesbitt (series), Garrow's Law (series) and Case Studies (series).

In my HND Acting and Performance from Falkirk College, parts of course included voice, movement, acting, production, technical theatre, acting for radio, acting for camera, text and performance, creating drama scripts, all of which has given me a wide range of skills. Throughout college, I have performed in a range of plays from Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Nights Dream (playing the comedic Bottom) to the more serious Semblance of Madness (John H Newmeir) where I played Hannah Corbin, a psychiatric nurse pretending to be a patient to gain a murder confession from a patient. The college class also travelled to perform an anti-sectarianism play in local schools, well received in the local media. I've also taken a course in casting technique for camera with Nancy Bishop.

I have been involved in amdram musicals such as - Fiddler on the Roof (played Chava) with Stirling and Bridge of Allan Operatic Society, and been in school shows such as Guys and Dolls playing Sarah and Oklahoma as part of the chorus as well as small pantomimes with a local YMCA such as playing an evil stepmother in ‘Cinderbelly’ and other roles throughout the years.
