About Me

Hello!
My name is Diana, I’m eighteen years old and I will soon be starting my first year as a student at King’s College London. Before moving to London to pursue my studies I lived in Rome attending a French school. Because of that I am fluent in both Italian and French as well as English. I also have a good level of german and I am currently studying portuguese. Theatre and drama in general have always been part of my life but it has taken a much more important dimension when I turned fifteen. My interest for it brought me to train in French and local (in Rome) theatre companies for plays that were professional and not. This gave me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of French and Italian theatre. But to have a rounded training I spent most of my summers taking courses in academies such as New York Film Academy, LAMDA, Reading University and National Youth Theatre. Thank to these courses I had the chance to explore my acting in English and tackle new techniques that I hadn’t learned prior. Now that I am based in London I also plan to continue a part-time training in order to strengthen my skills. I played in very different plays starting from Shakespeare till Anouilh.
I am also really interested in the creative side of theatre performance such as the writing of the script and designing for costumes and stage.
Outside of theatre I have trained as a gymnast (competition level) for eight years as well as horse riding. I also really enjoy scuba diving.
