About Me

I've stood as a candidate in two elections, one European and one Westminster, for the Labour party and I don't have any qualms about reaching out to strangers.
I'm currently employed by the party arranging the visits of the shadow frontbench team. I enjoy this especially the stage management side of things which has been entirely my responsibility.
I'm also the published author of two crime novels, 'Gypsy' and 'The Wild Heart', both by Olympia, and which came out last year. I've completed my third book and am well into the fourth.

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

I have no general experience so far of this line of work but I'm eager to get started. I've had one casting interview for which I got called back but didn't ultimately get the job.

Qualifications & Training

I worked as cabin crew for BA for twenty-four years and during that time I was a trainer in cabin and flight crew safety procedures.

Relevant Skills

I'm good with people, Im not shy, I sometimes feel the grumpiness of a 50 year old, I'm assertive without being pushy, and I know what I want. I'm a mimic, I've got a good voice and I can do ,any different accents.

Interests & Hobbies

I love to travel - I've been all over the world and I'm very interested in politics and current affairs. I love everything to do with the arts, books, music, film, tv, theatre, but I'm not sporty.

Miscellaneous Information

I have a phobia about heights and reptiles. I don't like the smell or tase of mint or vinegar and I can't stand chewing gum!
