Thirty years teaching experience. Twenty three years as a soldier (regular and reserve) much of which included instructing and giving presentations on specialist roles, weapons and equipments. Twelve years of presenting cooking techniques, equipment and ingredients in support of my own Organic food business and as part of a regional food and agriculture industry body.
