General Experience

I've worked in the TV industry - producing factual entertainment programmes - since June 1993, which is when I packed in my PR job and did work experience on C4's The Big Breakfast. After a year on the Big Breakfast, I joined L!VETV (a cable channel run by Janet Street Porter and then Kelvin McKenzie) where I spent four years making weird and wonderful programmes. Then it was Endemol, Flame TV and enteraction TV producing everything from Ready Steady Cook, Changing Rooms and Don't Get Done Get Dom to mini TV shows for 3 Mobile.

Qualifications & Training

Sept 83 – June '87: Wheaton College, Massachusetts, USA
BA in French with a minor in Education.
Graduated Summa Cum Laude (US equivalent of a First) and was awarded the Littlefield Mandell French Prize.

Sept 85 – June 86: Sorbonne, Paris (Hamilton College Junior Year in France programme, taken as part of my University degree)

Aug 80 – June 82: The School of Mary Immaculate, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
International Baccalaureate.

Aug 71 – June 80: The British School of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Interests & Hobbies

Boating - we have a barge on The Thames.
