Relevant Skills

My communication skills are second to none, and I have spent years perfecting them throughout my career. I am currently working as a corporate presenter, fronting DVDs for successful international businesses and hosting at large trade fairs across the world. My role includes interviewing a wide variety of people, ranging from high ranking diplomats to managing directors and filming pieces to camera. I am responsible for writing my own scripts and I usually have to do so within tight time constraints.
I have five years live radio experience both as an anchor newsreader as well as a reporter. I have covered many major events and I have always remained calm and confident even during big breaking stories. People management is another area I have covered, as I was in charge of a team of five journalists during my time at Dearne FM. I have extensive editing skills too, including package writing and cutting up audio. I have also studied journalism law at university, so have in depth knowledge of this field. Before becoming a journalist I worked as a photographic model, with many of my jobs being for lingerie companies. Highlights include a prestigious campaign for Debenhams as well as promotional work London Fashion Week.

Interests & Hobbies

I love to keep fit by doing regular pilates and aerobic classes. Being a dog owner I do a lot of walking too, which I find really clears your head after a long day!
I am also lucky enough to have a horse and I go out riding whenever I get the chance. Aside from my passion for animals, I have an enduring love for classical ballet. I studied the discipline to a high standard until my late teens and I still take part in classes when I get the time.
On a social level, I love meeting up with friends and family and going out for nice meals. My culinary skills are rather limited though, so I am determined to learn how to cook!
