She is an accomplished broadcaster, producer and media trainer. Previous clients include MTV, Discovery, Mindvalley, BBC, ITV, Virgin & Nickelodeon. She is a trained life coach and Science of Mind Metaphysical practitioner. She graduated from the school of hard knocks and tough times with honours and most importantly lived to tell the tale. She is also a trained dancer with a degree in Dance Performance and a qualified fitness coach.

Full Professional Biography -

Claire Anstey's is currently a voice of MTV and most recently voiced adverts for Trouble TV and Radio 1.

Her debut novel "Sort Out Your Crap Life" was released on 15th September 2010 and she is currently writing her second 'The Book for Break Ups'. Both of these books are graphically designed pieces of art that conclude her findings on how she found true satisfaction by leaving behind her shallow fame chasing needs and survived life after a break up. Claire is painfully honest with her past and this truth enables her to connect with her audience.

In 2008 Claire was involved with a pilot that was looking for actors and performers that were dissatisfied with their careers and fed up of struggling to make it. This was her introduction to techniques that improved her life, her thoughts and her emotions. The pilot didn't go anywhere but Claire Anstey did. This new knowledge blew her away. She would stay up late reading and searching for more information absorbing it all like a sponge. This stuff made her feel good enough and content for the first time in her life. What she read made her feel invincible. It caused her life to steer into a whole new direction as she just knew she had to share it. Every rock star has a heart and Claire believes we all need to connect with it otherwise what's the point.

She has been studying metaphysics, philosophy and everything that gets her creative jucies excited with various teachers and schools since. Everything and anything is being investigated. She travels as much as she can. She has recently been overwelmed with Nepal, Thailand, India, Africa and chased new dreams in citys such as New York, Madrid and Barcelona. It is this new found wisdom and excitment that has inspired her to write. Claire writes about how she has overcome her own life experiences through learning these new methods and the adventures she creates my following her heart.

She writes with honestly, warmth and a freshness that enables readers to feel like they are chatting to a best friend. Her books are about her lifestyle, her personality and her philosophy for living. She creates to connect with her generation.

Claire is currently working towards her first concept fashion collection that will offer a style that represents your heart and mind. The clothes embody affirmations and powerful reminders. Pieces are currently being created that work in direct association with the books. This is a childhood dream she is so happy to see come true. Her label Vintage Wisdom represents a underground spiritual chic.

She is also a accomplished presenter and voiceover artist. In 2005 Anstey won the hearts of the Nickelodeon viewers and won the "Nick Pick" new presenter competition that saw her join the team and present "4 till 8" on Nickelodeon. She was then be head hunted to go on to present her own cooking show "Bites" on rival channel Discovery Kids. Her presenting debut actually happened a few years previous on a GMTV fitness segment. She was then invited back and became a regular model for GMTV and This Morning all whilst studying for her BA (hons) degree in Dance Performance.

After graduating with a 2.1 Anstey went on to dance professionally for West Life, S club 7 and Geri Halliwell. She also became in demand as a plus size model and appeared in adverts for clients such as Coca-Cola and Bodyform.

Anstey kept up with her fitness and dance teaching in-between assignments. Her passion for people, and her inspirational teaching methods soon got her head hunted and she went on to teach to packed dance and fitness classes in top London gyms, a youth dance school and world renowned professional dance studio 'DanceWorks"

In 2006, Anstey became the face of Virgin mobile. This made her the first ever presenter to host shows via this medium in Europe. In its 4th year Anstey now also presents for Virgin Media and Virgin on demand hosting the backstage interviews at the V festivals and various special entertainment features.

Again her honesty and warmness shines through allowing viewers and guests to feel like they're having a chat with their best friend. This gives her the ability to control even the toughest of interviews. Her celebrity list includes, Mark Walberg, Richard Branson, Kelly Osborne, Danny Dyer, Matt Lucas, David Tennant, Jody Kidd, Gareth Gates, Tara TP and the late Jade Goody.

Her frankness with her own life experiences in this area has enabled her to connect with others and gather together some of the world's best musicians and comedians for events such as "Stand Up To Stop Suicide". Claire creates various media for the charity with her production company 'PurPose Productions'.

Her no nonsense passion for life's social and topical issues makes for great talks, shows and press. Claire has been featured in Marie Clare, Radio 1s Newsbeat and she has been a guest on various shows for BBC Radio 2, 3 and 4.
