Presented for the Cat & Michelle show we worked for BC radio that closed five years ago after we left. Then I had my own show at Hillz FM in Coventry and I convinced Michelle to join me again. Was a light hearted morning show no politics or religion. Which I gave up to work in Spain

I’ve enjoyed throwing myself into the deep end.
I’m always making people smile.
The only thing I’ve not really done is be on TV . I’ve been on radio and stage productions dancing in shows.

Qualifications & Training

uka dance teacher. Personal trainer level 3. Level 2 chair based instructor (Laterlife training instructor) for the over 60s and people who want gentle exercise.

Miscellaneous Information

I’m a positive person. My fiancé and I love teaching people who think they can’t dance to do just that.
We have just discovered our love for travelling.
I found out I’m allergic to meat . I’ve always been ill too after eating fish and dairy products make me ill.
I’m a reluctant vegan but it stops me being ill. Was quite impressed comparing how countries differ with a plant base lifestyle.
