I have studied performance at college and university level during which time I achieved excellent grades and was encouraged to go on into further education at the university. Throughout this period of my life I performed in a large number of plays including Chicago in which i played Roxy Hart, The Wizard of Oz in which I played the cowardly lion, Aladin in which I played the Genie, amongst many others inc. Cats, Second from last in the sack race, Jack and the beanstalk, A chorus line, Mingerella, This is my chair (a devised piece) and Be my baby in which I played a leading role of Queenie.
I was part of an amature dramatics group for two years known as the barton theatre company and performed in many live venues during my time with them.
Whilst at university I attended a 4 week Clown college in which i learnt many clowning skills including: juggling, Diablo, spinning plates etc.
I also taught drama in a thetre school for two years. I was an assistant in the youth workshops aimed at 5-7 and 8-11 year olds. during this time I assisted with confidence games and put on 2 performances with the children at the end of the year.

I studied pesenting as a module at university level and excelled with my grades. We did various presenting pieces, my main one being a piece i wrote, directed and presented myself. It was a 6 minute education piece aimed at teaching the public about a specialist subject. I got top grades for this piece and it is currently being used as an example to other students at the university.
I also took radio drama in which I had to do various bits of radio presenting for the university radio station.
I have been employed at pontins holiday camp for two years and during this time had to host and compere the evening entertainment and game shows particularly for the kids entertainment in a main venue in the evenings.

During my time at college and university I perfromed in many musical theatre pieces, and since leaving education I got myself a job at Pontins holiday park as a singer/ entertainer. During my employment i performed in many live shows, We averaged between 3- 6 shows per week in which I was a solo female singer, WE did many different styles of shows and I adapted well to each genre.

As i studied performance at college and university i starred in many musical theatre pieces of which I had involvement in the dancing. I also worked at pontins holiday centre for two years and during this time I danced in the main production shows but also I did character shows in which I had to do dancing in pontins skin costumes. I did many kids shows which mainly consisted of dancing.

I did a brief 5 minute stand up comedy slot in a well known comedy hot spot in manchester during my education.
I have worked in a holiday park for 2 years as a blue coat, my main job role was singing in the shows but I also danced and took part in all the day time duties. I ran the childrens club and so the responsibilty of organising and presenting the childrens entertainment was soley mine.
