I am a very fit 61yr old, still swim/cycle/weight train most days.
I have recently retired after 31years with the NHS in My capacity as a Registered nurse. I have competed in triathlon and long distance cycling.

I have just completed as an Extra on Captain America I played the part of an old Brooklyn Docker/Roadworker/and Car passenger.
Appeared on a Tv documentary called they call us Nutters. Played myself as night staff nurse in charge.
Also played a paranoid patient in a training film for the NHS, which after 28years is still shown as part of a student learning Module.
I appeared on Granada TV doing stunts with Bows and Arrows, for which at the time I was a World record Holder and a Team Longbow Gold Medalist. Had my own Archery stunt show getting booked at Carnivals and events all over England. Still use and demonstrate the Longbow.
