About Me

I am fun but can be very serious; smart but sometimes giddy; curious yet easy going; I am a road runner – I`d love to do a scene running along a river front (or something like that) or an extra in a gym... I am fit and get great pleasure from exercising! I enjoy most sports. I have lots of energy and enthusiasm! In my younger years I did a bit of photographic modelling and hair modelling. I am also an amateur radio DJ and love music (listening and dancing). I have been on a couple of tv shows as a contestant and also participated in audiences. I am comfortable in front of the camera and have patience! I enjoy the outdoors and walking my dog. I have also hosted a number of conferences and events.

I have experience of being a contestant on a couple of TV shows (2023) and a member of the audience (2024); Speaker at conferences and events (various); Organiser for an annual event (200 delegates) and support organiser for other conferences and events; Amateur Radio DJ – monthly show (experience selecting music and interviewing guests); Group and 1-2-1 training/ teaching delivery; Road Running – I have completed 13 Marathons and numerous other road and off road races; I cycle regularly (average rides 25 miles); I attend the gym regularly and have a very good level of fitness; I enjoy walking across various terrains and walk my dog regularly; In addition to being sporting, I am academic and hold Post Graduate Qualifications including a Master’s Level Degree; I enjoy reading fiction and non-fiction. I am a wife and a parent. I enjoy partying and eating out. I follow a vegan diet. I enjoy selling at Car Boot sales. I am well-travelled having visited various locations including Europe, the Caribbean, USA, Indonesia, UAE, South East Asia and Africa.
