About Me

I\'m a 31 year old Transgender male just beginning my transition, so am very keen to finally begin perusing what I have always dreamed of which is to act on the stage, on tv or maybe even a movie one day. Happy to take any extra roles and just get a feel for the business. I\'ve always looked younger then I actually am (especially now I\'m essentially going thru puberty a 2nd time....yay!) So I could get away with playing a teenager or a younger character. I\'m told by people that know me I\'m quite funny and have done a couple of local stand up gigs on open mic nights round my local. I have been writing plays and movie scripts for years it\'s something I love to do as well as songs and I rap a little as well. Thou acting is my passion and would love to get some experience what ever it may be.

My only experience goes back to my school days in senior School where I did 'Theater Studies'as an A level. Which included a number of big productions, one of which I co wrote with another couple of students. All were performed in front of a sold out crowed...of our mum's and that.

Performed a solo in one of school plays (Joseph and the Technicolor Dream coat) Have also done a couple of open mics and a karaoke competition. Not much of a soloist (unless it's supposed to be spoken-sung/rap)

Relevant Skills

I can do the odd local accent, I enjoy making people laugh and succeed in that quite a bit so I must be doing something right. For 28 years or so I was 'playing a part' 'not being my true self', just thru life I've picked up the art of pretending, acting,being something I'm not, so now I don't have to do this in my personal life anymore, I'm ready to do it for fun.

Interests & Hobbies

I love a whole range of movie's and TV shows old and new, writing has always been a passion of mine whether it be a play or a song.I enjoy a wide variety of music. I'm not mad into sports thou I do love football, I'm a lifelong Arsenal fan. Other then that I'm into the usual stuff really, going out with friends, the theater, traveling.

Miscellaneous Information

As previously mentioned I am FTM (Female to Male)transgender man, and I know that most likely counts me out a fair few projects but hopefully there's something out there to get the ball rolling (no pun intended)
