About Me

I consider myself as an adventurous young lady; I’m always ready to try something new and always put 110 % effort into everything I do and I’m very used to adapting myself into different situations. I love socialising with people and getting along with everyone in my environment, because it makes me feel confident and proud. Despite the fact that English is not my first language, I have always been determined to reach my potentials even through tough times. I was born in Italy and lived over there for 10 years; in 2008, my parents decided to move over here, with the purpose of giving a future to my brother and myself. So far, everything is been great, as I faced a variety of opportunities to help me build my own future.
My main focus, at the moment, are languages; this passion started when I realised that I was fluently bilingual, which pushed me to learn two more languages. In facts, I applied to do a Modern Languages BA at university, in order to do what I really enjoy doing. For me, the knowledge of a different language to your mother tongue is like an opened door that gets you anywhere; gives you the possibility to meet new people and learn things that perhaps wouldn’t be accessible without knowing the language.
