We have a great opportunity for a Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire based musician to join our team and to take over running Rock Choir in Lincoln, Newark, Southwell and Mansfield from January 2013.

We are inviting applicants to a recruitment day at the Lincoln Holiday Inn, Brayford Wharf on Saturday 19th January 2013. If you would like to be included please apply using our online system.

We tend to work a 30-35 week year so you will be able to carry on any writing work/producing work or even some teaching whilst working with us if you have other commitments.

You will be leading these Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire choirs to a summer extravaganza at the Liverpool Echo arena in May and you will have the opportunity to perform there yourself and at the 02 in London if you wish.

Applicants should have advanced piano and vocal skills and a charismatic and energetic personality. Full training is given/funded leading to a fulfilling and financially/professionally rewarding career.

The ability to work enthusiastically as a team player is key (no divas please!) Please note that this is not a franchise and you will be able to fit your other musical passions in around leading the choirs. There is no need to have run choirs before. Successful applicants will join the current team of more than fifty friendly, supportive and outgoing musicians who are already enjoying their career with the UK's largest contemporary choir. Own car and portable piano and PA is essential.
