Launched in September 2013, Camden Voices brings together talented singers from across London to perform fresh and vibrant repertoire.
The choir rehearses weekly in the heart of Camden Town and aims for high-level musical standards whilst keeping a friendly and fun sense of community at its heart- in our first year together, we have performed at renowned venues including Cecil Sharp House and the Forge Camden.
Our repertoire mainly focuses on jazz, close harmony, gospel, and pop genres. Rather than relying on commonplace material, we aim to explore further into these genres and sing lesser-known musical compositions of the past and present, whilst also featuring original arrangements and compositions.
