Are you a versatile and creative musician looking for a new career in teaching and performing? We are currently seeking talented and inspiring musicians to run new choirs across the UK. Exciting and life-affirming, we are looking for new talent to join the existing team to lead and inspire communities across the UK. We were the first contemporary choir in the UK offering a non-audition, inclusive amateur singing experience. Now, with 20000 members and a team of 100 dedicated individuals, it has celebrated 10 years of life-changing experiences, winning numerous awards for its standards of excellence and dedication to communities and charities country-wide.

As a Rock Choir Leader, you should possess fantastic piano and vocal skills with the ability to teach at the same time. You will be organised, reliable, charismatic, energetic and able to work both alone and as part of our world leading musical team. Full training is provided so you can apply even if you have not run a choir before.

Our Leaders teach a minimum of 4 evenings a week during term time and have long summer holidays. You would lead your choir members to concerts on a local and national basis. We have a supportive and friendly HQ team who provide you with all the training, resources and arrangements you need to lead your choirs to the best of your ability and you would also train once a month with your peers. There is also the opportunity to be part of recording experiences, and TV and radio appearances!

A driving licence and access to a car (daily) is a necessity and a PA system will be needed to accompany the role.

If you can't see past your winter schedule or panto season do apply now as training will take place after these commitments with the aim of leading your choirs from this April. We will also contribute towards your travel expenses for the interview.
