'New Talent Spotlight is an independent talent platform for emerging professional performers.

'New Talent Spotlight' is NOT a competition or a showcase.

We identify with the thousands of talented performers out there, often lacking in opportunity to launch or develop their careers in what is a very competitive industry.

Our productions are professional and therefore performers are paid. They are held in venues across the UK. We write our own productions, which are both innovative and dynamic. We strive to produce slick, exciting and memorable productions, giving our audiences insight and an 'experience' to be remembered.

'New Talent Spotlight' was created to serve three main purposes:

To find new professional talent
To help and develop emerging performers
To give opportunity to emerging performers.

We look for emerging solo artists, hugely talented, with great natural musicianship, charisma and artistic quality.

We look for sophisticated performers with natural musical talent within the Musical Theatre, Cabaret or Jazz genre. We are NOT looking for pop artists.

Aside from the wonderful opportunity of working on innovative productions with great artists and showcasing your talents at high profile venues, this is an opportunity for talented performers to be seen. We regularly invite industry professionals and experts, TV and radio execs, record companies and a&r execs, critics and journalists, producers, programmers, managers and agents, song-writers and performers to our productions.*
