Our client is currently recruiting for TV Presenters / VJs.

The candidate/s must be ITALIAN (or at least fluent in the language) living in London.

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate/s must:

• Be comfortable in their own skin and don’t take themselves too seriously
• Have an open and positive attitude towards the audience
• Have a warm personality and be of impact for their strong personality
• Have a story to tell: well travelled, open minded, etc
• Have their own opinion and be eager to share them with the audience
• Be credible when it comes to their life experiences
• Should be willing to collaborate on the development of the projects on which they work (i.e. be involved in the writing and preparation process of the shows)
• Can't be too famous/well known already (unless they are willing to commit entirely to the show and therefore maybe change facts about their past)
• Can be "absolute beginners", but must be mature enough to match the above requirements

• Fun and interesting
• Can play around and make jokes around common sense
• Have a strong personality
• Have interests and good cultural knowledge

• Cold personality
• People who try to be original at any cost
• Too narcissist
• Trying too hard to be cool
• Look too sophisticated

Interviews will be held in London between the end of January and February 2011.
