MeetTheBoss TV is an online channel for senior business executives.
We are looking for a confident and experienced individual to join our team of IPTV Presenters.
You will be great at researching, creating questions for, introducing and facilitating dynamic roundtable conversations in a live broadcast setting.

Every roundtable addresses today’s pressing business challenges and solutions. Our moderators encourage, nurture and drive information sharing between senior executive attendees to provide a truly valuable experience.
The moderator role is key to the successful delivery of every MeetTheBoss TV roundtable and interview we broadcast.

Can you talk business with the world’s leading executives?

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

-Moderating senior level, virtual roundtables.
-Researching specific business topics across multiple industries for roundtables and for paid and independent content campaigns.
-Writing thought provoking interview and roundtable questions, and scripts, and clear production notes for recorded video content.
-Interviewing clients, working to brief, and taking full responsibility for finished IPTV programme, supported by video editors and motion graphics.
-Attend weekly meeting with head of content / head of marketing to review workload and performance against targets and objectives.
-Attend weekly / monthly meetings as required by the business, team and function.
-Sound editorial judgement based on understanding of MeetTheBoss brand and values.
-We cover Asia-Pacific, European and North American time zones, so we expect some flexibility in your working hours.

Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidates will have:

-Intelligent, and happy to show it.
-Research – demonstrate a high degree of editorial judgement in the shortlisting of relevant, thought-provoking discussion topics.
-Written communication – jargon-free, well thought through questions drive the best conversations, and great conversations make brilliant blogs and ebooks.
-Verbal communication – you will be clear and understandable, even under pressure in a live broadcast roundtable with a tricky guest.
-Relationship management – internal, because we all work together, and external, because we really do want to get on with our clients.
-Planning and organisation – manage workload and personal calendar effectively to ensure deadlines are met and objectives delivered.
-A demonstrable concern for results and achieving goals.
