The following invitation is for all Fashion industry professionals and their guests and will be a free private event taking place at
AMIKA London . (All are welcome to attend)
The event will consist of an industry party, live photo shoots, an official LFW casting all till 11pm and an after party on site till 3am
The event is also an official casting for models & event personal for a LFW S/S 2012 closing show & party.

Catwalk, Editorial, Commercial & Hi-Fashion Models are invited to register alongside
Make up artists, Hairstylist, Model agencies, Designers, Photographers & Industry professionals......
for an official casting a closing party to London Fashion week S/S 2012 on September 21st.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ATTENDING PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY.

THE EVENT

The LFW S/S 2012 closing show will be Richard Austin Rees's 6th show and AMIKA london,s second.

The event will take place at AMIKA London as a private event showcasing 3 S/S 2012 collections from 3 designers on Wednesday 21st September from 7pm through till 1am
The event will also feature live performances, live photo shoots and headline DJ's.

VIP's Familiar faces and Celebrities will be on the guest list .

The show & party will be covered by press, media & TV

CASTING

The casting will take place on Thursday August 11th from 7pm till 11pm followed by all models joining a host table with complimentary drinks through till 3am

The closing show will take place at the end of London Fashion Week as an official off schedule event on September 21st .
All industry professionals casting must be available on this day to apply for casting.
Models will be casting for a paid position.

This seasons three designers are yet to be confirmed

We will be casting for 12 Catwalk Models of which need to be a minimum height of 5ft 7 with a European look preferred.

Everyone must arrive between 7pm -8pm for registration.
During 7pm -11pm and industry networking party will be taking place with press journalists & photographers and a TV crew.
Photo shoots will be taking place with all models who have registered.

All industry professionals and their guests are invited .

The casting will take place in a separate room to an industry casting board. Each model will be asked a series of questions about their measurements and any previous experience and will be required to show their walk and photographic poses. Models will be seen individually during the course of the evening

Each model will require to bring 3 photos, a set card (if available) and a cv as well as their registration form.

Make up artists & Hair stylists will be seen by the head make up artists in another room .


REGISTRATION

MODELS
ALL models must register by emailing richard@amikalondon.com with their measurements, web links and at least one photo.
Each application will be sent a registration form which must be printed out, stapled and bought with 3 photos attached on the night of the casting .

MAKE UP/ HAIR
ALL backstage personal must register by emailing

A registration form will be sent by email to fill out and bring with you on the night.

PHOTOGRAPHERS
All photographers must register
The email must be entitled LFW S/S 2012 PRESS.
A registration form will be sent by email to fill out and bring with you on the night.

All registration forms will be sent out next week.


All guests will receive free entrance between 7pm and 9pm
NORMAL DOOR POLICY APPLIES AFTER 9pm
All guests must rsvp with their guest lists
