Unpaid but you will receive a Cosmetic Dermatology treatment valued up to £700

Models wanted to be filmed for Cosmetic Dermatology treatment videos and to be case studies for use on our website, in TV, in magazine and newspaper stories. Treatments will be given free of charge (subject to medical suitability) in exchange for unrestricted use of your name, video, images and story. Treatments will be administered by a highly qualified and experienced aesthetic specialist and will include:

Botox – For the reduction of wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows and around the eyes. Value up to £400.
Hyperhidrosis – For the reduction of excessive sweating under arms, on hands or feet. Value up to £450.
Teeth Grinding/Jaw Reduction – For the reduction of wide jaw muscles due to teeth grinding or clenching. First of two treatments value up to £400.
Lip Enhancement – To increase the volume of lips, define the borders, correct asymmetries, etc. Value up to £400.
Cheek Enhancement – To restore lost volume in the mid-face region creating a more youthful appearance. Value up to £500.
Tear Trough Enhancement – For the reduction of hollowness under the eyes caused by weight loss, stress, late nights, ageing, etc. Value up to £700.
Non-surgical Nose Job - To straighten asymmetric noses (either congenital or caused by broken nose or rhinoplasty), to raise a low nose bridge (occurs in all races but more prevalent in oriental ethnicities) or raise a low nose tip (occurs in all races but more prevalent in middle eastern/asian ethnicities). Value up to £750.
Dermaroller – For the improvement of acne scarring or reduction of lines due to ageing. Value up to £350.
Mesotherapy – For the improvement of fine lines, tired skin and for overall skin rejuvenation. Value up to £250.
Mild Acne/Skin Pigmentation – For the reduction/control of active acne or improvement of variations in skin pigmentation usually due to sun exposure. Suitable for all skin types including darker toned ethnicities. Value up to £400.
Skin Peel – For reduction in acne scarring or brightening of tired skin due to ageing. Suitable only for very light skin tones/Caucasian ethnicities. Value up to £350.
Facial Feminisation – To feminise the face, especially for MTF transgender. Treatments could involve lip enhancement, cheek enhancement, Botox, skin care, etc. Value up to £400.

Preference will be given to applicants who will show the most significant improvement from the treatments administered. Therefore, please only apply for a treatment if you are suitable for it. As appointments will take place in Harley Street and will be subject to change, preference will be given to applicants who live within greater London.

Candidates must be prepared and available to attend all consultations, treatment/filming and after care appointments, sign a release allowing unrestricted use of their name, images and story for use in all media. You will need to pass a medical consultation with the specialist (provided free of charge).

The consultation with a botonics specialist will take place in early November and filming is provisionally slated for Sunday, 11 November.
