IDo you consider yourself a happy person? Perhaps you are interested in learning more about how happiness can affect your life? Or would you benefit from some tips on how to boost your happiness levels?

If so, ITV would like to hear from you.



We are looking for adults of all ages to take part in a series of fun experiments to be filmed for a current affairs programme which aims at exploring the world of happiness and well being.

This programme will be broadcast in September. If you are interested in taking part, you need to be available for some filming dates in September. Please email Jasmine at ITV on jasmine.macnabb@itv.com with a little bit about yourself (including where you live and your age) along with your contact details and we will be in touch. It would be helpful if you could include whether you are available mid-week to take part.
