Missing Link Films and Rebecca Lucy Mills are looking to cast gay, lesbian and bisexual people who are willing to share their experiences of feeling the pressure to play down their LGBTQI+ identity and ‘pass for straight’. Be it at work, sporting matches, or walking home at night we want to hear about the times you feel demands from society to blend into the mainstream and or succumb to gender “norms”. This could be to avoid negative stereotypes or protect yourself from harm.

We want to highlight this hidden burden of LGBTQI+ lives and raise awareness. LGBTQI+ people should feel free to be themselves, without fear of punishment or judgement. This documentary will be broadcast on a brand’s social media platforms.
