We require Actors for several walk on parts, and Extras on a short film which is scheduled to be shot on the weekend of the 9th and 10th of November.
The film is a magic realist fashion film short, five minutes in length exploring the innocence of youth, teenage angst and rebellion. It is centered on the idea that it is our imperfections that make us most exquisite, beautiful and unique.
The film is an investigation into the intensely euphoric feelings that surround infatuation and young love. These are contrasted with the darker youthful emotions of fear and anxiety.
We need Extras for both days.
Actors for 2 seperate scenes of the film that will also be shot on both days.
The first will be a scene set at a swimming competition. For this we need 6 athletic male actors who are confident swimmers.
The second scene is set in a secondary school hall way where our lead character is confronted by a few fellow students. For this we are looking for 2 male and two female actors.
Auditions will be held this week. Please respond with contact details, age, photo and links to recent roles if possible.
The film will be exhibited as part a London College of Fashion MA degree show featuring work by several designers. The film will also be posted in an online magazine.
