We are looking for exceptional individuals for an unscripted development project.

They might be Maura before Love Island, a stand-out from the TOWIE cast or Charlotte Crosby before Geordie Shore.

Above all, they need to be able to hold an audience through the power of their personality.

We want someone fresh, new and not known to a mass audience. For that reason, they should have done little or no TV work and they may not have a massive social media presence.
