Are you living with a life limiting illness? Would you like your friends and family
to be able to see and hear from you once you are gone?

The multi-award winning documentary team at Naked is making a new series for
Channel 4. We are seeking extraordinary individuals with twelve months or less
to live who’d like to leave messages for those they love that will impact their
lives forever.

Whether it’s encouraging them to chase unfulfilled dreams, helping them mend
long standing rifts, providing them with meaningful gifts or advising them how
to live and love when you are gone, we want to help you leave a lasting legacy.
