Can you bring a smile to people's faces? We're looking for dynamic and upbeat entertainment hosts for positions on our worldwide fleet of cruise ships. We have medium and long term contracts available with immediate starts given the right person the chance to see the world.
You'll need to have charisma, confidence, a fantastic work ethic and the ability to grab a mic and be the next Vernon Kay or Holly Willoughby!
As one of our Entertainment Hosts, you’ll be in charge of ensuring the passengers have the holiday of a lifetime, keeping them on their toes with the delivery of our fantastic ‘Light Entertainment’ programmes. Meeting and socialising with hundreds of passengers each week, you’ll become a regular ship celebrity as the host of our quizzes, trivias, daytime activities and TV styled gameshows. One minute you’ll be compering as one of our ice carvers works their magic at creating unbelievable sculptures, the next, you’ll be riling up audiences in the lounges, hosting one of our immersive ‘Think Tanks’. You might even find yourself being thrown in the pool as you battle to become King or Queen of the ship!
You’ll be an integral part of our award-winning Entertainment Team, and will work alongside fantastic Technicians, Production Managers, Cruise Directors and the Showteam. These new found friends will share in your experiences as you travel the world, creating world-class entertainment and lifelong memories.

What you need to know
We really want to see what you’ve got so please put together a five minute performance piece. This should take the form of a TV style quiz or game show and you’ll need to be ready to present on the day in an engaging and energetic way. Please feel free to use any props or cue cards that you need. Your fellow applicants will act as your audience and contestants.
On the day we will give you an example of one of our onboard entertainment programmes and ask you to prepare and present an introduction to one of the day’s activities. This would usually be presented in front of your passengers and so we will be looking at your style of delivery.
What to wear

You need to be comfortable but appearances count so wear smart and suitable clothing.

Men: Smart trousers, shoes, shirt and tie.
Women: Knee length skirt/dress, trousers, shirt/blouse.

Your audition will take place in a workshop style format and we may ask you to take part in other activities. If you have any conditions that may affect your ability to sight read then just let us know at registration.
If you have any other talents that you wish to dazzle us with, you will get the chance to do so. Please prepare a two minute taster to showcase your skills. This is not an essential or required part of the audition but we want to give you a chance to shine!
