This will be a relatively short job, the shoot & voice over work is estimated to take a few hours at most. The shoot itself will take place at Hall Place fields in Bexleyheath (South East London area). The voice over work will be done at the authors home where a mic etc will be provided.

The project is being carried out by the author himself, so the actress will be working with him at all times. (Please note that the author is not a professional in directing, shooting or voice over work but that they do have ideas in mind for what they want).

The character is a princess by the name of Tara. She is 17 years old, slim figured, has long, curly, dark brown hair and green eyes. The story of the book focuses around her and her ability to control the wind and air which she was born with. The time setting for the book is middle age era, same as Lord of the Rings/Game of Thrones era. Therefore, the costume will have to resemble this.

Costume will need to be worked out between the actress and the author, either by a costume being fitted for the actress and bought by the author, or by the actress already having a suitable dress to wear that fits the time period. Expenses will not be paid for if a costume has to be bought, however if a suitable costume is already owned by the actress, all expenses shall be paid for.

The chosen actress will also receive full credit and a signed, free copy of the book upon release, not to mention the publicity that the trailer will bring for the chosen actress.

Please also note that the author is looking for a certain appearance, so please do not take it personally if you do not hear back or are not accepted for the role.

When applying, the actress should attach two of their most recent headshots/full body photo's that show the face clearly and any dresses they think might be suitable for costume. Previous acting experience is preferred, but not necessarily a requirement.
